Mrs
Beare Survey
Mrs
Beare emphasised that the survey was taken shortly after the first announcement
of the wind farm and reflected the views at that
time. The

Norfolk County Council has approved the planning application
subject to certain planning conditions.
Dog Fouling
Parishioner’s enjoyment of our fine footpath, pavements and
children’s playing fields are still being spoilt by dog fouling. Please
have consideration for others when walking your dogs. If you
witness inappropriate fouling please feel free to report it to SNC
Dog Warden (01508 533706) or the Clerk.
New play area equipment
We are pleased to announce
that the children’s play area on the playing field near the village hall boasts
4 new play units aimed
at the younger children of
the village.
John Ellis
A
special word of thanks to John Ellis who has “hung up his Parish Council boots”
after nearly 30 years of valuable service to
our parish. John has always taken a very keen interest in all aspects of
Parish Council business and his quiet, but hard work
over the years in the recreation area of the playing field has been of
enormous benefit to the young people who frequent this
facility. We will miss the banter and humour that always accompanies John’s
presence.
Members of the public
and press are always welcome to attend Parish Council meetings which are held
in The Loft of Hempnall Village Hall at
7.30pm on the
following date 16/05/07; 18/07/07; 19/09/07; 21/11/07.
Copies of the full
minutes of meetings can be found in Hempnall Stores and on our website www.hempnallpc.org
